Precision Machining Services:

Nova has a wide range of CNC precision machining capabilities that include but are not limited to milling, turning, and 5 axis machining. We have the ability and equipment to provide various sized parts with complex geometries.

Sheet Metal Fabrication Service:

Nova not only has the ability to laser cut but also provides full sheet metal fabrication services. We offer CNC bending from simple bends to complex multiple bends on many different materials and thicknesses.  We also offer both MIG and TIG welding services.

Fiber Laser Service:

Nova has the capability to use state of the art fiber optic technology to laser cut a wide range of materials and thicknesses. Our fiber laser has the ability to cut at high speeds while maintaining high accuracy and consistency.

Assembly Service:

Nova has a wide range of assembly capabilities that include both mechanical and electrical assemblies. At Nova Manufacturing we are always looking for the opportunity to increase efficiency and streamline assembly processes for our customers.

Engineering and Design Services:

Nova offers Engineering and Design services from concept to design, prototyping, and testing. Our cutting edge design software gives us the ability to bring any idea to life through 3D modeling. As well as our manual machining department to produce low quantity prototype parts.
